We are excited you are here! We hope you will find everything you need, especially a spirit of WELCOME.

  • The church office is on the ground floor of the Sanctuary building. Office hours are Monday-Wednesday 8:00-5:00 and Thursday 8:00-3:00.
  • All persons are welcomed by God and by us.
  • Join us for Worship every Sunday at 10:30 AM. We alternate between the Sanctuary (traditional) and the Beacon (contemporary).
  • Sunday school for all ages begins at 9:30. Adult classes meet in the Main Sanctuary building. Infants and children K-3rd grade meet in the Children's Center of the Beacon building. Children in grades 4-6 and Youth grades 7-12 meet on the 3rd floor of the Sanctuary building. 
  • Wednesday night at 5:30 we fellowship together around dinner in the Beacon, followed by small groups and family activities until 7:30. The choir practices at 6:30. 

  • If you are new to Pell City and interested in learning more about us, please join us for COFFEE WITH THE PASTORS! Coffee With the Pastors meets once a month on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am. To sign up or for more info, email our Senior Pastor, Rachel at rachel.gonia@umcna.org.

Pell City First United Methodist Church is a community of believers seeking to transform lives through Jesus Christ. On Sundays we gather for worship, but the church is actively involved in nurturing discipleship and serving the community throughout the week, both in person and online.  We would love to get to know you!
